There are no fees at all.
We pay your legal fees. You are more than welcome to use your own AGENT or ATTORNEY or one recommended by us – either way we pay* (Up to $750) This could result in a saving of $1000's.
WHAT TYPES OF PROPERTY DO YOU BUY?
We buy ALL kinds of residential property, even types that are usually overlooked by the more traditional buyer –

Do you buy properties in any condition?

YES.

Many of the properties we buy are in need of some improvement, which is why they are harder to sell through Realtors.

A FASTER OPTION?

Achieving your desired price through an auction can be a lottery, you have to wait for the next auction in your area to happen, you have auction fees (2-3%) to pay and completion can take weeks, even months.

HOW DOES THE PRICE YOU PAY COMPARE WITH WHAT I WOULD GET – IF I SOLD THROUGH AN ESTATE AGENT?
It depends on a number of factors – including the type and location of the property. We normally require a discount off the open market value of between 15% - 25%.
(OPEN MARKET VALUE – is the price you could expect to achieve within 3 months, if selling the property through a realtor )

WILL ANYBODY KNOW ABOUT THE SALE?
NO.

It’s strictly confidential. We don’t put up a 'FOR SALE' or 'SOLD' sign, nobody will know about the sale.

HOW YOU MOVE SO FAST?
We have ample financial backing. We have the funds and are ready to proceed straight away. We don’t need to delay the process by waiting for a mortgage like other traditional buyers.
